The resumption of peace talks between the government and the opposition
The warring parties in south Sudan resumed the third round of peace talks in the Sudanese capital Khartoum on Saturday to discuss outstanding issues in the signed agreement.
The Minister of Information and spokesman for the government delegation negotiator, Michael Makway , in a statement, the start of negotiations on outstanding issues after receiving the table from the IGAD.
For his part, Deputy Chairman of the Information Committee of the People’s Movement in the opposition, Manawa Peter Gatkoth, resume negotiations to discuss the dispute over the borders and the number of states, indicating that the parties will discuss the dispute over the powers of the Presidency, including the First Vice-President and four deputies on Sunday.
